Make Positive Life Changes With Help From a Transformational Life Coach
Can’t seem to figure out what is holding you back?
Need motivation, inspiration?
Do you ever feel like everything is working against you?
Everyday people struggle to find insight and help in both their professional career and personal lives. Unfortunately most people never have the courage to acknowledge and accept they may need a little help or support.
Who I Serve
I am a Transformational Life Coach. My passion in Life Coaching is to work directly with individuals who struggle with choices in life- looking to discover their true core values, beliefs, destiny, and identity through self-reflection.
Sometimes you feel stuck and wonder if you are on the right path in life. Sometimes you just know what you are currently doing is not what you want to do for the rest of your life- but how do you move forward? How do you get motivated, even inspired to change? Sometimes you feel lost.
If this is you, then you are my ideal client! This truly is where my passion comes into coaching individuals. This is where the accountability of a Life Coach can truly be measured!
Maybe this is not you, and you know a little more about what you are seeking in life. You could be unhappy in your professional career or unhappy with your personal life. Maybe you want to take your stress level down, or your finances aren’t exactly where you would like them to be. I still love to help clients overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and create positive changes in their lives to become truly limitless!
I will always refer you to another individual or professional who can better suite your needs if I think in any way you can be better served by someone else. Let’s face it- if your goal is to lose 20 pounds in 3 months just so you can fit into an outfit for one night- I would recommend you seek a Personal Trainer rather than a Life Coach. This is because attaining a short term goal for a reason without substance will only be short term.
So please take advantage of the introductory free phone call or contact me via email to see how I may serve you today. Let us see how having a Life Coach for additional support can help you!
What qualities should you look for in a Life Coach?
When you are selecting a Life Coach, it is beneficial to select a coach who has faced challenges similar to your own. The challenges may not be exactly the same, but having similar challenges lets you know your coach has been in your shoes- they can connect with what you are going through and get you the results you want! Your Life Coach should be easy to communicate with and down to earth, and most importantly you must be able to confide and trust in them.
So why choose myself as your Transformational Life Coach?
Let me share with you who I am and some of the challenges I have faced in my journey of life.
I am a family man- a husband and a proud father to four wonderful children. I was born, raised, and live in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Prior to starting my family, I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in Science of Technology. Shortly after graduation, I started my decade long career in electrical mechanical engineering. I was very successful in my career and worked with several internationally well renowned corporations as well as contributed to projects that profited countless dollars.
In June of 2019, I quit my career to follow my dreams and completed my training as a Certified Master Life Coach (Certified through the American Union of NLP)- creating my business Loeffler Life Coaching LLC.
As wonderful as this all sounds, the journey to get where I am was a difficult one. With the success that I had in both my personal and professional life as an engineer- I simply wasn’t happy. I always felt that I had a greater calling to life and was heading down the wrong path. I was not working to leave a legacy in life. The fear of change and taking a risk was overwhelming to me. Knowing that I had financial responsibilities to my family weighed heavily on me.
The fear of taking a different path in my life would continue to push me forward. Living in this fear was crippling- I started to lose the drive that made me feel so unstoppable in life. I began to hate my engineering career, I didn’t care about my heath, I couldn’t sleep, and worst of all I had low quality relationships with the people I loved most. Before I knew it- a decade would go by where I worked from sunset to sunrise in a cubicle. Although I had financial security trading dollars for hours- I lost so much time in my life with my family and friends, and that was time that I knew I could never get back.
It was not until the end of 2017 when a series of deaths including family and friends, and difficult times in my life that I would realize I needed a change. During that year, the career that I had invested seven years into was over. The plant had closed its doors to consolidate with another plant down South. I watched over seventy people lose their jobs and have their lives turned upside down in an instant. People forced into early retirement- husbands and wives who could no longer support their families. One of my coworkers and personal friend had temporarily moved down South to help the transfer and consolidation of manufacturing to the new plant for six months. This meant he was away from his wife who he loved and had children with for six months, only seeing them on occasion or holiday.
I was lucky able to quickly find another job to continue my Engineering career, however others were not.
My friend completed his six months of work and returned up North only to pass away from a blood clot in his lung. His family was devastated- and they lost six months of time with him that they could never get back. Losing my friend and having my life turned upside down with a new position at a new job was the beginning of my realization to life. Life is short and can change in an instant- and shortly after it did. Soon after my friends passing, I would lose my Grandmother in the beginning of 2018.
I will never forget sitting in that sanctuary seeing my Mother holding and comforting my children while she cried at the memorial service. My mother was devastated.
Six months after my Grandmothers passing, I once again was dealing with another loss as my Mother had lost her battle to cancer. Never will I forget the gut wrenching feeling of sitting in the same sanctuary- the same pew for my Mother’s Memorial Service that we shared for my Grandmothers service months earlier. Losing my Mother was one of the most difficult times in my life. My life and my beliefs in a short period of time seemed to shatter in front of me.
I had gone through so much death that the concept of living life became very precious to me. I still couldn’t gain the courage to overcome my fears and my limiting beliefs until March of 2019 when I lost my last surviving Grandparent- my Grandfather. My Grandfather was a great man who simply loved family and life. Never did he want to bother or ask anything from anyone. He was a Navy Veteran, a proud Father, and a Grandfather. Losing him gave me the understanding and courage to overcome my fears and limiting beliefs in life. Either I was going to follow my passion, or I was going to die an early death and miserable regretting my life choices.
After seeing people who had some of the greatest impacts on my life die- I felt it would be a great disservice to them, and myself to continue living without helping others to live and enjoy their lives to the fullest. Life is too short and too often we forget to take the time to live in the present moment. Sometimes we question the path in life we have taken, and rightfully so. Unfortunately many people struggle and force their way through life feeling stuck and miserable without the tools or support necessary to pursue their happiness. That is why in June of 2019, I left my career in Engineering to create Loeffler Life Coaching LLC.
I will do everything possible to help you overcome your obstacles, achieve your goals, and implement positive changes into your everyday life to help make you limitless. Contact me, and let’s see how a Life Coach can help you!
I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in 2007. Shortly after graduating, I started working my way up the corporate ladder from an assembler to an electrical-mechanical design engineer. I was very successful and had many achievements that I am proud of. This provided me with several years of hands-on experiences such as:
- Creating new product lines using electrical and mechanical cost-effective solutions.
- Leading multiple research and development projects in both high and low Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) volumes.
- Leading and organizing cross-functional design reviews (US and international).
- Implementing assembly product flow lines to double the manufactured product output.
- Taking part in committees such as the “Green Team” to eliminate wasted materials and labor, saving $150,000-$200,000 annually.
